Deep

Working with composer and artist Sarah Su, we created a series of deep space environments that explore experiences and feelings of the unknown in four chapters of a musical work titled ‘Deep’.

The chapters of this sonic journey are titled ‘The Vast and the Deep’, ‘Fear’, ‘Redemption’ and ‘Beauty’, and in each we take a larger and more distant view of the universe, moving from the scale of the asteroid, to the planet, to the nebula, and finally the black hole. The work operates as a sonic meditation on loneliness, identity and peace in an inconceivably huge universe.
